This challenge will encourage you to complete 40 minutes of mindful movement and/or meditation per day for 40 days.

This '40 for 40' challenge will be hosted within our designated Facebook group. LIVE videos will be posted within the group twice per week. You can join these LIVE sessions while the video is LIVE within the group, or you can watch at a later time. Pre-recorded yoga sessions will also be shared in the group. Daily inspiration will be shared to keep you motivated through this 40 day journey.
Once you've gone through the payment process, I will send you an email within 24 hours that will contain the Facebook group details. This is a closed/private group just for this challenge, so it will be intimate and encouraging to help you reach your goals.
