Yoga sessions are a fusion of classical Hatha, Yin and Bowspring yoga. Body awareness, intentional movement, breath work, stillness and centered presence.
Aerial yoga is fun and playful, healing and supportive. It cultivates core fitness and spinal awareness. decompressing the spine, and improving circulation with the use of a silk hammock.
Fascial fitness treats the whole self: body, mind and beyond. Using foam rollers, therapy balls and acuballs we roll away tension and release patterns of holding in our bodies.
On my own path of healing for more than two decades now. Things take time and it's okay to take your time. Be intentional. Choose and choose again. I'm listening more deeply these days. Always passionate about the wild places on this planet, good air, clean water, breathing deeply. Helping myself and others connect and find the the quiet space within through through intentional movement and stillness.
I appreciate living as an art form, always practicing. Guided by the ancient wisdom of the sister sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda I continue to carve my path through the seasons and cycles. A journey of self-healing and discovery that continues to meander. Forever with beginners mind at home both as student and teacher.

Founded "Spiral Space Yoga Gallery" - an independent studio and art gallery formerly located in the DeKoven Center on the shore of Lake Michigan (in the Historic District of Racine, WI).
