Jessika Mikol is passionate about the wild places outside in nature and inside the human heart. She appreciates good air quality, clean water, breathing deeply and helping others find their inner calm through intentional movement and mindful stillness. As a yogini, mother, food lover and aesthete Jessika views seasonal living as an art form in itself. She loves to share cooking and self-care ideas and recipes from her wealth of personal experience with Ayurveda over the past decade. She loves to co-create a supportive environment for our collective journey towards our next best selves in this lifetime.
