Karla and Jessika have been co-creating seasonal Ayurvedic workshops and retreats since 2012. Although they have wildly different body constitutions and life situations their shared love for the wisdom of Ayurveda and years of curiosity experimenting with other body processes creates a powerful supportive container for your at-home retreat/cleanse. They both have experienced how seasonal cleansing can support the body, mind, spirit, and nervous system when navigating times of transition and uncertainty. Jessika Mikol is passionate about the wild places outside in nature and inside the human heart. She appreciates good air quality, clean water, breathing deeply and helping others find their inner calm through intentional movement and mindful stillness. As a yogini, mother, food lover and aesthete Jessika views seasonal living as an art form in itself. She loves to share cooking and self-care ideas and recipes from her wealth of personal experience with Ayurveda over the past decade.
